Description
Parole in Place (PIP) allows certain undocumented family members of U.S. military personnel to stay in the U.S. legally, even if they entered without inspection. At Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, we help service members protect their spouses, parents, and children through this unique humanitarian program.
PIP provides a lawful entry record, which may allow applicants to adjust status without leaving the country or triggering unlawful presence bars. It's especially valuable for families with strong ties to the military and no other pathway to residency. We assist with preparing the PIP request, including military proof, character affidavits, and hardship documentation.
If granted, PIP can open the door to work authorization and eventual green card eligibility, particularly through marriage to a U.S. citizen or an approved family petition.
Military families sacrifice so much for this country. The law recognizes that, and so do we. At Lincoln-Goldfinch Law, we’re proud to support those who serve by helping their families stay together and gain legal protection.
